If the window loses its integrity due to anything related to the craftsmanship, whether that's the structure, the installation, anything on my end, I'll absolutely work with the homeowner to fix it. I stand behind my work. But if the issue is caused by preexisting conditions in the home or environmental factors where the window is placed, that's outside of what I cover. It's about taking responsibility for the craft while being realistic about what's in my control.
